FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why are you asking people to be vaccinated or to have a negative test 48 hours prior to the wedding?
In order to protect our loved ones the best we can, we are asking all our guests to be vaccinated in time for the wedding or to get tested and have a negative result within 48 hours prior to the wedding. Since we have very young guests who cannot be vaccinated yet and guests with sensitive medical conditions, we want to make sure everyone is as protected as can be.

How do I find a vaccine?
Great question! You can find out where to get vaccinated at vaccines.gov/search/

If I'm being vaccinated, when do I need to get a vaccine by?
To be fully protected prior to the wedding, please be vaccinated by August 13, 2022.

If I'll be tested within 48 hours of the wedding, how do I get a COVID test?
You can find testing sites at the Department of Human and Health Services: hhs.gov/coronavirus/community-based-testing-sites/index.html
It's easy to find a testing site. Most pharmacies provide COVID testing.

What's the dress code of the wedding?
Cocktail

Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, no. Please meet either at the Radisson or at the WIS DOT Park & Ride 05-05 and pick up the shuttle to the ceremony and reception site (see the Map page). If you require nearby parking for medical reasons, please contact Jackie & David.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors! And on grass :) We suggest no shoes with skinny heels.

What if it rains?
We're still having an outdoor wedding! The ceremony will be fully outside so please bring an umbrella. We'll have a tent with sides for the reception, so we'll be covered the rest of the evening.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Jackie knows first hand how it is to have dietary restrictions. We have a number of options for our guests - gluten free, egg free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian. There will also be no shellfish at the reception. If you are worried about contamination and would feel more comfortable bringing your own food, please feel free to do so. We have limited refrigeration and cooking space but will definitely make space for you. Please contact Jackie or David and they can coordinate with you.

What if I require a handicapped bathroom?
We definitely can accommodate your needs. Please contact Jackie and David and they will coordinate with you.
